I just finished the strangest run of this mission. After dancing and the mid-mission cutscene I shot Vic and ran over to pick up his magnum, but as I picked it up I fell into blue hell. There's solid geometry down there so I was just standing about 20-30 feet under Bahama Mamas, able to look up and see the whole interior. The guards were alert and pointing their guns at me but not firing and I couldn't shoot them through the floor. The only other thing loaded into the map was light sources and to the east I could see the entirety of the Star Junction news ticker rotating around in midair, since the building and sign it's supposed to be affixed to weren't present. Really surreal. I started running in a random direction and ending up popping into a subway tunnel, ran until I got to the station and headed to the surface and walked to the next intersection and passed the mission. Maybe that's a rare blue hell portal bro, on what you experienced is already exists. Its an old one. You had a mistake. Your not the only one who experienced this. Many players also experienced that.
