Gta Crashes Every time I load into Story Mode

Can anyone help me every time I load into story mode or online I crash. I've only just bought it for pc as I'm new to PC Gaming and I only have 3 hours on it. I don't have any mods installed, I've verified game files, I've uninstalled & reinstalled I've been through Rockstar Games customer support. Does anyone have any advice?
