TheG333 Posted October 4, 2020 Share Posted October 4, 2020 Hey there, how can I buy the newspaper issue #61 in Red Dead Redemption 1? The invincibility cheat is supposed to be on there. I'm at 100%, so obviously I'm playing as Jack, but I also have a save with John before his final mission. Before I did Johns final mission I bought the current newspaper issue, which was #60, and then bought some older editions too bc I was missing some. And then I bought the 1914 issue as Jack. But now I can't buy any newspapers anymore neither as Jack nor as John. What happened here? Do I have to let some time pass before I get this issue or is this a bug? I know it's not really important and that it doesn't affect completion in any way but I want to be able to buy it. Other people were able, so why shouldn't I be able to buy it too? Also, there's a cheat on it. And there doesn't seem to be a lot of people with the same problem so that's also a reason to make it work. Quote from the RDR wiki page on newspapers: Quote The player can purchase issue numbers 53 to 61 as John Marston.
