Shop_vehicle.meta file in addon

I have a question. Shop_vehicle.meta. I have these entries, can someone help if they are correct:

 

        <Item>
            <lockHash>CU_VEH_fxxk</lockHash>
            <modelNameHash>fxxk</modelNameHash>
            <cost value="100"/>
            <textLabel>fxxk</textLabel>
            <vehicleMods></vehicleMods>
        </Item>

 

And this:

 

         <Item>
            <lockHash>CU_GR1_VEH</lockHash>
            <modelNameHash>gr1</modelNameHash>
            <cost value ="0"/>
            <textLabel>gr1</textLabel>
            <vehicleMods></vehicleMods>
        </Item>

 

I want to know if "CU_GR1_VEH" or "CU_VEH_fxxk" is the correct order in the line or do they both work?

 

Does it matter if you use caps. Like in the first "value" above.

 

Is this file associated with Contentunlocks. If so there are some data in this file where "modelname" is with normal letters and some the "model" is entered in caps? Help
