''New'' strat is faster despite of the deeper spawn. That said mainly for 4P runs, old 4P runs will be buffed back to original times, 3P buffed 10s (resulting in a 10s handicap from original times) & 2P keeps the 20s handicap. This should keep a little window open for taking advantage of ''new'' strat to make new and relevant runs, while not unfairly handicapping/obsoleting the old runs.
