The yellow marker for "kill Each and Every one of them" was on my map but not on any of theirs. We have all completed it. Everything is fixed including bounties and story missions, all I've lost is a daily streak. Thanks everyone for your contribution to this thread. I will see tomorrow if my story missions yellow marker is gone and moonshine story missions are working again, didn't log in yet after downloading the patch. I was suffering from the problems but have been able to play still, final blow had not struck yet. Hopefully never will. I can confirm that story missions are now working, both moonshine story missions and regular story mission yellow circle is gone from map and listed normally as replayable in list.
