[SA] HUS LS Binco (LS Binco inspired in GTA V)

- Replaces the Binco Store in Los Santos ;
- Proper LOD ;
- Model and textures made over SA's original model (not a conversion) ;
- 38kb DFF (only 12 more than the original) ;
- Collision made over Unnoficial Patch ;
- Low quality textures with a HD quality alternative (made over RoSA Reborn)

Thanks, but it's not the same texture, i've found the original source of the original GTA V texture and edited it so it's seamless

Every other texture was hand-made (except the grey concrete one)

Yes it does, it used to have brigther lights on the signs aswell but I'll bring that back in a future update
