Missing Coupons

Had a coupon for 50% off of Established and Distinguished role items disappear on me. When I asked R* Support about it, I was told I redeemed it on the purchase of mash, but this never happened. Has anyone else had an issue like this before?

I think they are mistaken.

 

I've only had "free mash" coupons that I used to get mash free; can't

even remember a discount on it, rather that it was just "free." 

Also, you have to do something you'd remember to use the coupon

(shows an option to use it, saying what keypress/thing to press.)

 

There is a "50 percent off any role item" coupon, I guess, which could be used for 

mash? But the mash would not be Established and Distinguished (so not use the coupon you mention), since you buy

it when just starting the role (obviously..   )  I think Rockstar must be mixing it up with that  50 percent off role item one.

 

I think "Established" would be a mid role item, like the medium wagon for trader,

while "Distinguished" would be  a later one like the large (final) wagon,.

 

Yes:

• Established Tier (Ranks 11-15)
• Distinguished Tier (Ranks 16-20)

 

So they don't seem to want to do their job.

 

The coupon could have expired, though? Some coupons say "must use by X date" when

you hover over them. I think that one had a long use time though, if it expired at all.

I believe I used mine to get the Gypsy Cob at a lower price (Naturalist), unless there

was a specific horse discount one.
