Map not loading.

So, I was playing around with a trainer menu in GTA 5, and I wanted to save in Trevor's trailer. I had already started the Mrs. Phillips mission without completing it, so I teleported into the trailer and saved my game. A few days later when I decided to play again, I exited Trevor's trailer, and the map wasn't loaded, only the interior of the trailer was loaded. It was my first playthrough of GTA 5, and I was about 81% through the game.
