People seems to forget that the most "expensive" horse which can only be bought with gold but ... without "grinding gold" is pretty much $20 bucks or 42 gold bars in a normal situation, without discounts and first special gold offer. Even considering the first offer ... 25 gold bars = $5 bucks, considering the 42 Gold Horse ... the most simple offer + the cheapest one means ... it takes $15 for this Horse, roughly saying considering high end outfits, without special offer ... $10 bucks. Damn i'm a casual player .... and i actually managed to grind and use more than 600 gold bars in roughly less than a year. Not everyone have time to grind for gold, same saying with GTA's expensive rides and the shark cards bundles. Also quick reminder of that "leaked prices" of properties which have one which cost 600 gold, you can bet R* put that price tag because there are people which already have more than 1000 gold of pure farming, exploits, RM transactions aka buying, any method or combination. GTA have rides like those high-end cars which technically costs more than 1.25M or basically $20-$50 bucks without farming. RDR Online got the good ol' GTA treatment since the start of the RDR Online, only now .... are we complaining about this ? However, the RDO version does that thing that more conventional waistcoats do, where the back panel is silk, so the front and back don't match - so you've got two different finishes, which isn't accurate. ...aaand then they've made it so that most of the variations have one colour for the front, and a completely different one for the back panel - so the black and blue versions are ...bronze at the back, because that makes sense. Ah, well - saves me some gold, I guess. I'll get the all-red and all-grey ones, but those random two-tone ones are a bit of a swing and a miss... This place does not represent the majority of the players who are extremely casual, most people can't get on to the game once a day even for five minutes and a profitable Streak takes twenty-eight (twenty-one?) days and even then to make serious Gold you need to complete all that days Challenges meaning your entire day play session is devoted to making just enough Gold to buy a coat. Once they aren't totally lazy by creating a separate section, and yet they f*ck it up even more. Sp clothing was all different, here they just copy pasted a coat and a hood, it seems a lot of less work... they are lazy and greedy i have always said so. You guys, I don't want to be rude but that darn alligator head coat cowl/hood is hideous! I mean the coat looks kind of nice, but that darn head is just rough on the eyes. Be rude, all of the garment sets are low effort sh*t. Just to clarify, when I say all, what I mean is, the one coat that has a different hood and trim depending on which animal it's supposed to be made out of. R* couldn't even be arsed to size some the heads properly, shrinking the heads of some of the larger animals. The worst, by far, are the Bison and Gator coats, what the actual f*ck. Those skins, could of been used to make legendary saddles or added as tent/camp decorations.
