Zolika1351
Modernize your QUB3D experience with the background (and optionally the grid) from V, which also in turn fixes the issue where you could see Liberty City in the background with custom timecycles. Magic_Al
Thanks for this! It's so much faster to get my QUB3D fix in GTA IV than wait for GTAO to load. The background is perfect while playing QUB3D but I still see an ugly partially-rendered city under QUB3D's menu screen when the camera is in its initial position. Is there a way to fix this by porting more stuff from the GTA Online version? GTA Wiki says seeing the city is due to higher render distance but doesn't mention timecyc causing it. The only values changed in my timecyc and timecyclemodifiers are ColourCorrectRGB, Desaturation, and DesaturationFar. It kind of makes sense that QUB3D being a location in the sky could be using timecyclemodifiers but I haven't trialed and errored it yet. EDIT: I swapped some files and found the cause of this was using the TBoGT visualsettings.dat with IV. The files only have two lines different so one of those values causes the map to show through QUB3D. Restoring the vanilla visualsettings.dat for IV fixed it.
