Help with animals Compendium please (Story)

I’m ready to blow my brains out!  I know I can’t get the animals from Guama but I’m mega struggling to get the following animals, I’ve watched all the YouTube videos and spent days trawling at every time of day but I cannot get them to spawn so any tips I’ll be truly thankful 

 

The Mutt, I’ve been everywhere Saint Denis, armadillo I just find the normal dogs!
 

Devon Ox, I’ve been every pen and only the other bulls spawn

 

California Horned Owl, every place that owls spawn bearclaw - cholla springs  etc it’s always the great or coastal 

 

carolina parakeet!! I’ve been both places at 2pm dozens of times and nothing spawn, I’m beginning to think someone’s winding me up!
 

Rio Grande Wild Turkey, now this ones baffling! Spent hours on this, considering the eastern wild turkey is everywhere in abundance these Rio Grande are a nightmare

Devon ox spawns at Emerald ranch.

California owl i got at Cholla springs, just around the letter C. It was night obviously and it was flying.

Rio Grande turkey i got between Benedict pass and Mercer station. Found them yesterday alongside the railway during day.

Carolina parakeet i found them today. My last animal. I used this video. Got them on my 2nd attempt.

The Carolina Parakeet can be found in several places. Once I found them by the orchard. Once I found them on the ground at the voodoo house sometime in the morning in the swamps where I was using my binoculars looking for something else and saw them in the grass. The mutt and Rio Grande turkey are pretty common. The turkey is out in the desert area. You won't find them until the epilogue in case you're not that far. Not sure why you can't find the mutt.

Seriously, the only dog I ever see running around Armadillo is the Mutt
