This is The Truth from the Grand Theft Auto: Underground Total Conversion mod team and today I am here to introduce a little mod I made. This is a custom neon pack made for Vice City which includes lots of crazy, coloured neons in places you would never imagine. It is also compatible with the GTA: San Andreas Modification called "GTA Underground". Mods required (for GTA Vice City): - III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster. - Any .IMG tool (I personally use IMG Factory). (Installation guides are in the download files). Credits: -dkluin: For teaching me how to do it in the first place. Ya rock man. -RzDat: For helping me packaging and additional testing. -aap: For helping me fix a pesty bug. -ThirteenAG and Tomasak: Emotional and mental support. Reuploading or modifying this mod without proper credits to the author (me) and proper linking to the original mod is stricly prohibited. It will make it look like time has passed since 1984. I never liked the idea of Vice City having the EXACT same neons for 2 years or more tbh. The update might release in a day or two, depending on how much time I'll have. If you guys have any suggestions for new places to "curse" with neons write them down below (no VCS neon suggestions for now please). EsteLapis 0 Posted November 4, 2020 Share Posted November 4, 2020 When I install limit adjuster to vice cry 1.8 mode, it crashes, when I use this mode without limit adjuster, it crashes again.
