Are there any alternatives to add more cars in San Andreas other than using fastman's limit adjuster?

I honestly dislike using his limit adjuster for various reasons, especially after pulling so many stunts here that got his thread locked several times (i.e. donation messages that you couldn't turn it off or the whole drama regarding collecting user data).

Regardless, are there any alternative methods to add new vehicles? It is possible by using the Open Limit Adjuster?

i don't understand to collect data its same gta sa.... anyway i was trying that adding more cars in sa for my friend request i'll let you know as soon as i figured this out i did replace weapons with some unused weapon in game i can use now 3 rocket launchers 2 minigun and 3 m4 and 2 ak47 and 3 desert eagle 2 silenced and 2 sniper without touching any data files just hacking memory its a cleo only with different models of course....

That's cool! Never knew there were unused weapon ids in the game.

 

I mean theorically you can "add" more cars in the traffic without using a limit adjuster by replacing the data and model files of those unused vehicles: such as the rccam (which, turns the vehicle unsolid, quite unfortunately) and the wrecked glendale and sadler (which they act like normal vehicles, the side effect that you can find these in the middle of the countryside, so for example if you replace 'em with a supercar it would look it rather out of place, IMO).

 

I also tried tinkering with the Open Limit Adjuster, and I actually managed to get added cars spawn in traffic, but the issue is that the vehicle was entirely slammed in to the ground and as soon I would try entering it, the game would crash. So it's technically doable without using fastman's.
