No idea if it is intentional, and I at first laughed at the idea that it could be, but the theme of the entire advert does give some Vice City vibes to it. Even the Peyote and some of the upcoming custom vehicles give that sense of where we'll be heading in a few years. Neat.

2 extra garages, some sweet new rides and the collectibles and other freeroam activities along with new missions, some nice QoL additions too. This DLC is rather cool.

Just finished the yacht missions, they were pretty good. and you recieve a captains outfit once you finish them. Money is a bit meh about 30k a mission, I bought a 2nd yacht for my 2nd but now main character and I bought the Lampadati Tigon looks nice and I quite like the customisation but it is not that great to drive I was spinning easy over bumps and kerbs, I had lowered the suspension to comp maybe I will try raising it up again, it might help.

LOL I will have to practice my race starts. No mashing!

Where do you find that? All I seen was:

• Updates have been made to the frequency that players receive the calls from LJT about their Businesses.

I am at work, so can’t play for a few hours.. If I could just get lester, ron, and briony to shut up, that would be heaven.

They send you texts instead, at least they did when I was playing.

Yeah it has a loose story but no cut scenes or anything like that, and to avoid spoilers I will leave it at that!

But the Captain hints that there may be more to come after you complete them. So maybe foreshadowing/setting up the upcoming heist.

Honestly im not too happy about the change to the boost at the start of races, because im a lazy person that did exactly that, but everything else seems like they are some actually good QoL changes  

Some of the highlights in the patchnotes from my perspective:

- One new ‘Drug Vehicle’ Random Encounter (what even? some sort of event like the packie one but for what exactly? for filling up cocaine/meth/weed??)

- New Stolen Movie Prop Collectibles (sweet but then again sorta a bummer that its only 10)

- QUB3D (afaik we now have ALL games ever mentioned/featured in the entire gta universe, the only thing they could add in the future is gta1 lol)

- 15 new sets of Off-Road Wheels / 30 new sets of Street Wheels (i feel like 15 new offroad wheels is a hint/the balance between those 2 seems weird)

- Over 200+ new items and variations of Clothing (nice i was just about done buying the arena war stuff/just starting to reach completion again lol)
- More properties!

- A ‘Return Personal Vehicle to Storage’ option (great now i never have to use terrible MC again and then instantly get raided because of cheaters setting flags on me)

- Less calls from Les, sweet.

- F1 races now have ANTI-GRIEF OH MY F*CKING GOD YES THANK YOU (shame its only on official races but im sorta thinking if they did this they can enable it for custom races in a next update too)
- Fixed an issue that caused some certain Penthouse decorations to not be purchasable (hoping we can get the last car models now!)

Yea the theme is definitely vice-city-like, but idk if that means we can draw conclusions from it or R* is just making fun of the rumors that keep getting spread

They finally fixed the transaction error when requesting CEO vehicles.

 

Wonder if the Sell Crates mission bug finally got fixed as well after so many years.

I'm drawing no conclusion on it, basically observing it. As much as I spread a ton of misinformation on the forum that I don't believe at all, I have some belief that Vice City is the next stop based solely on the scouting locations that occurred last year in Florida. However, Rockstar does occasionally make light of rumors if ya tickle them hard enough.

At least it got fixed, im STILL waiting on them to fix the rendering/texture/model issue that they introduced on the voltic when making this version of the game, at this rate its going to be part of the re-re-release.

I'm not sure what they are referring to. My guess is the turbo bulge on the stock non benny's faction which doesn't appear until the hood is knocked off. I have a modded in Faction from a race that already has the fix. I might buy another one just to sed if that is the difference. Maybe the suspension is fixed if you buy a new one but my existing one still hits curbs.

Just bought one. No turbo bulge hood and the thing still flips over at the sight of a curb.

They apparently partially patched the merge glitch. I just tried it with that Faction so I could sell it. None of the parts came over except the color and the fact it removed the roof.

I've just managed to have a sneaky look when I got in from work. I am ashamed to say that I went straight to the Open Wheel Race Creator, and despite knowing exactly what I want to make, finally having this and all these new props has overwhelmed me a bit. 

 

It's a bit like when you got a new Lego set as a kid and suddenly you have loads of new pieces to play with. You don't know where to begin.

 

Oh, and that new Golf hatchback!!!
