(Enable DLCs first for maximum accuracy) EDIT: Looks like the rest spawns at a random location as a van that you need to steal and bring back to Solomon. Now I wonder what that new random encounter is (drug vehicle mentioned in patch notes) I watched one of those guide videos, a collectible was in a van. Is that the drug vehicle? It was 02:00 when i found it. - the other random, a driving ban on the bridge over the canals. 05:00.
