GTA 2 scr tool not working

i always wanted to play as a gang member in gta 2 i found out that the scr tool changes your skin in game i tried it out and it only on works on the downtown district but whenever i go to the other districs the game crashes in the residential area i am thrown in the sky and i fall and die in the industial district my game instantly crashes (btw i use 9.6 version)

I remember that I had the same issue, that it only worked on Downtown district, but on Residential district I fell from a great height and after I fell and died the game crashed, and on Industrial District my game was crashing.
