I have a suggest for you amigo, you can try and download MixSets, it a mod that fix and improve for the game (like SilentPatch) and it has a lot of option to chose so you can configuration by your own. And dont worry, it compatible with this mod, I already try and it work perfectly.

I do not know why, but if I restart the game, the calls are not activated. For example, after the first mission, Sweet should call. That's right, he calls, but if you restart the game, it won't happen. I use plugins like Mix Sets and Silent Patch (as explained above, they are quite compatible). And 6 Cleo scripts, but they don't affect to the Story Line.

I've noticed that's there already a "ExGangWars.ini" within the files while you also recommend having "Extended Gang Wars" by Silent.

 

I'm a bit confused, does Story Mode already include it or not?

Yo.

i have a problem, i wanted to do a modded playthrough with a lot of mods but uhh, it seems i can't because the cutscene on sweet & kendl makes me crash, i'll send a download for the log, i'm looking for a solution if it's possible to make the game not crash, let me know if there's a solution to crashing.

Nevermind, it was a mod which added crows, that was the problem so i deleted the mod and now i can play.

you need the asi file, for that to work, you have to download the original mod

calls should work, did you do something beforehand ?

Ok but the original mod also includes ExGangWars.ini besides the .asi, so what you're saying is that i only need the .asi file from the original without the .ini? then have the .asi installed besides where ExGangWars.ini from Story Mode is?

the ini in my mod is a unique one, and adds the other 2 new gangs

on the mission reuniting the families when getting on big smoke's car he just drives into the lamp post

Nothing. Really. I only edited other audio archives with SAAT frontend. I'll try to put only yours. And then I'll see, because nothing else can affect to this mod (i believe).

Edit : No, nothing has changed.

LITTLE UPDATE:

  • i fixed some of the dialogues from Sweet and Kendl who weren't properly played during the chase
  • pretty sure i did some other fix but i forgot lol
  • i took away the modloader and the mod uses .img files again, because of how many problems brings the Modloader

fun fact: this little update was done before my break but then i forgot about it

is this latest update compatible with RoSA Project Evolved? Would this mod break if RoSA changes textures of storyline characters (like texture of Smoke, Ryder etc.)?

- Sunny, Gal & Hazer to their beta Azetca models as shown in prerelease image (Ped Database Project)
- Also Freddy in OG Loc mission could use some custom model or retexture
- In mission where you chase Yay Courier on Sanchez, is it possible to replace YAY model (it uses beta parachute model) to appropriate drug_white.dff, also dyn_drugs.txd contains more colors
- In mission Cleaning the Hood you could fix BAT pickup height
- In mission Life's A Beach, you could replace 2500 score with 4000 like on PS2 (you can always get above 2500 easy and simply it doesn't make sense, this is more challenging)

- Restoration of Desert Sheriff (DSHER), LV (LVPDM1) & SF (SFPDM1) cop bikers, also replacing LS cop biker LAPDM1 to LVPDM1 in Cop Wheels and Breaking the Bank at Caligula's (mod called Ped Tweaks adds this feature)
- Also is it possible to prevent CJ's girlfirends spawning as suspects in Vigilante mission? Don't know does this happen with other side missions like Firefighter and Paramedic

 

I read that you are on break. You could take these suggestion in consideration since they are pretty much fixes except addition of unique actor models. Peace out.

Hello @ElYisusKing, Story Mode 2.0 is a good improvement for the game, I have a suggestion, what if you include more skins from the beta of the characters? to give variety in the clothing of the characters during the missions.

You think it's possible?

 

Another thing is that, I don't understand why you put img files, I think there would be problems with mods like Rosa Project

 

I have been testing Story Mode 2.0, I will give you some suggestions about gang territories:
- There are territories that must be controlled, some very small, and it is difficult to find gang members in those areas to conquer them.
- Include the Trade area for the Russian Mafia.
- Respect the territories of the Da Nang Boys as they were originally in the game, a part of their territory does not look very good with that hue so noticeable in its color.
- Establish the Four Dragons Casino Area as Triad territory.
- I have no idea why a territory in San Fierro is controlled by the Russian mafia. Does it have something to do with the history of the game? I am not very informed.

 

Some things I think you change or improve, you could have all this in mind. I hope you come back soon bro. =D

people had more problems with Modloader, and the only problem i've found with the img is that is far heavier the download

 

the Da Nang boys part, i remember i've left the exactly same as the original, except the one in Pier 69 where they lost after SF Woozie missions

I was wondering if you could somehow add Noodles and Ice-cream vendors and Soldiers in the restricted areas like Area69 and Easter Basin in your mode? 

 

 

Ped Tweaks mode has these features already but since we are starting a new game with Story Mode 2.0, why not add these features in a better way by editing the main.scm?

can you just include the changes only and not the whole archive?

it would be better with modloader and would be compatible with mods that change the img too(such as texture mods)

modloader was giving problems to the mod, by the way, if those textures mods uses modloader, then there's no problem

I didnt experience any problems on modloader when i installed it.

But the game crashes after the Los Sepulcros Cutscene which is prob because the mod replaces Kane, thats why i said its causing incompatibility with texture mods that replaces the img too
