Ladies and gentlemen, I proudly present to you the first part of chapter 2 with 17 missions.

I had to split chapter 2 in two parts since it might take months to finish it all.  I'd like to encourage you to give a try, I tried my best to come up with unique and original ideas for this chapter. Prepare to be amazed, that's all I have to say. 
I don't wanna spoil anything, but you're gonna experience a whole new level in missions' designing.

And by the way, DYOM limits really suck... I wanted to make some missions a lot bigger, but I couldn't.

Make sure to follow the steps in the README file to avoid bugs and crashes.

Edit: I forgot to write this in the Readme file but you have to restart the game after every mission and after installing the mods to avoid bugs.

Well, to be honest I'm really disappointed. I worked so hard to finish those 17 missions as fast as possible, and I did my best to make them as unique as possible. I spent months trying to come up with original ideas, creating original environments using DYOM objects, and even making some mods by myself. But it's been almost a day since the release and I've received 0 feedbacks. I'm not sure if I'm gonna continue working on this MP anymore.

Don't give up man? You did your best to contribute something special here on the society that someday people will notice these and deserve an attention. I, too was the same! I manage to finish up my project "[MP] Resistance" in (7) months. I spent more time editing a lot of dialogues and its plot as well patiently, but I believe that this will deserve some attention and yeah. I received a small amount. Keep this going up, man. You can do it. I might going to try the release chapter! Hope it looks more interesting than the first one.

in my person who is a good MP but if you do not feel safe to continue it is your choice friend but do not give up as the john david said you must continue to be patient that one day you will be recognized by the DYOM community

look Gammoudicj I have seen all your mp I saw that you started with life in los santos you did all 3 based on the gta san andreas bands I saw that you made one of zombie that you canceled and what step did you go on you did the one of -the-chronicle-of-a -hitman-mpstoryline / you did a good story and what happened did you do the best mp I've ever seen in my life even though you didn't finish it hehehe the-tale-of-vladimir-reynold- and what followed price-of-victory-mission -pack and you finished with The Shadow Blade so that you can have patience friend and if you did not mention the other mp is that I do not remember their names sorry jhehehehe

Look Gammoudi, the effort put into this MP is astonishingly amazing and deserves major credit and recognition. HOWEVER, no one should expect feedback or even a review in a 24 hour span in completing a 17 missions all of which are intricately made with detail in 1 sitting, when playing MPs or chapters people tend to play like 5 missions a day and if they are short they tend to speedrun some, but this is 17 for a CHAPTER, so no one will finish this in a day, unless u magically spend ur entire day on it, point is don't give up cos it has been a day. My debut chapter took like 2 weeks to 4 to get its first review. Did I complain? No, sure I love feedbacks as much as the latter but patience is the key here man, ik u r a talented designer but u shouldn't expect everyone to leave what they are doing to finish again, 17 missions in a span of day I didn't even come close to finishing it or even quarter way through, mind u we are not avaliable 24/7, so to some it up my friend, patience and faith, stay safe.

Played both parts yesterday and finally finish it today! Here's my pros and cons for both of them! You have no idea how incredible your project this is, man. It's unbelievably great.

 

PART 1:

Spoiler

PROS: ✅

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Incredible storytelling & its plot as well.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Unique skins for both player and actors.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Full of creativity & decorative object / effect styles.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Erratic interactions between actors to player.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Custom actor animation which honestly amazed me.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Static and well-placed cutscenes.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Linear-driven gameplay style.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Amusement park (brings me a tear in my eye)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Small-matured content because of seeing sexual intercourse.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Perfect timing of ambient & creepy soundtracks.

 

CONS: ❌

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Minor spelling mistakes.

 

OUTCOME: 

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I must say the first part was such a blast experience I've ever seen and played out! Everything you did here is completely different from the other interior game that is being used which I am impressed a lot that you've put more efforts than the other senior designers! You are completely a master designer for this! Fantastic job!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Another breathtaking part which fires me up today! With some action and gunfights are also presented? This one's decent, pretty challenging and hard to beat. I waste (3) hours to figure out the car that I was going to follow to trigger the checkpoint sequence. But I manage to complete it. Another fantastic job here!

 

One more thing. Could you try to re-arrange again your missions next time like (DYOM1, DYOM2, DYOM3, and so on), since some of them are not in alphabetical order which confused me what would be the first mission I should begin with? That's all! Keep those efforts up and don't lose it. Someday, people will amazed once if they tried this out.

Thank you for your support bro. It really motivated me to keep working on this project.

About the chase, it wasn't hard for me, maybe because I know the routepoints though.

Ok, so I've played your MP. Here are my thoughts:


The object placement is great. It's a little overdone (who needs FOUR bricks of cocaine in their bedroom?) but at the same time you've done a good job. My main criticism here is how your dialogue is overdone. It goes like: "We got 5 FBI cars, 2 planes, 3 big guys watching over you" (or something along the lines of that) and really it's not that necessary. The point of dialogue should be to introduce new ideas or match realism, and this does neither. There were some moments where I felt like yeah, get to the point.

 

Also, another thing someone else pointed out is that we know every single detail of every move the character does. We didn't need to know how they found out he was coming out the sewers, and we totally didn't need to throw away 10 seconds of screen time to hear him explain that especially while our hero is surrounded by gunmen all over the place (in "Stoned") The 1 minute torture cutscene felt unnecessary, it's not that fitting. Garry was a great character but him spending 1 minute trying to beat the sh*t out of claude lookalike was unnecessary too.

 

M3 was alright. The drug deal scene didn't really add much to the storyline, also there's a huge loophole in your mission. Avery Carrington died in liberty city stories (1998) and your MP takes place in 2020. You need to fix it because it's ruining your MP's lore and it doesn't match the GTA storyline at all.

 

I'll give it a 7/10. It's a good MP, but it requires patience, something many DYOM players nowadays don't have, but you deserve credit for going on your own way about this. It's only constructive criticism, and I feel like you have put your heart into this but I'm being fair.

Thank you for you comment. Now I need to explain few things.

Avery Carrington surely died in LC but I only used the same name because it's related to many objects in San Andreas which is gonna add more realism to this MP.. so it's not the same character.

I had to make Garry beat that prisonner for1 minute because I wanted to make him look like a badass. It's called character development.. you're gonna see more scenes like that on this MP.

And based on your comment you've only played chapter 1 so I recommend you to play chapter 2, it might change your opinion.

And btw M3 never said anything about the drug deal. 

I'm already planning a lot of huge things for the future, that's why I said it might take more than a year to finish this mp, it's a lot deeper than it looks. Lets just say that I've only given you about 5% of the whole story.

Edit: before I release the rest of chapter 2, this MP is NOT RELATED to the original game.

Edit 2: About the cocaine bricks, that's something you're gonna understand when it's time.
