My initial guess is the only way is to get 6 stars to have the tank come after you, but in order for that to happen first, all the vigilante missions have to be completed first? Solution god speed Posted August 4, 2020 Solution Share Posted August 4, 2020 You have to unlock Shoreside Vale to be able to get a 6-star wanted level.
