seeeeeymour Posted May 11, 2003 Share Posted May 11, 2003 I was cruising around in my cherry red sexy beast of an Infernus, V-Rock blasting out of the windows, I had just engaged the cinematic view option so I could appreciate my neck-breaking speeds around Vice City's copious network of chicanes and hairpin turns. What happened next will always stay with me. I committed the most negligable of crimes - murder. more specifically, a hit and run incident involving a poor defenceless elderly bag-lady. The cops were instantly on my tail. So, I'm racing up around the North Point Mall when suddenly, out of nowhere I go straight into the back of a shocking pink Glendale. Subsequently the pursuing cop car smashed into the back of me at high speed, sending my car hurtling forward and through the roadblock and away from danger. SHOCK! for the next 20 seconds the camera followed the cops car instead of mine. Watching my own pursuit in progress was crazy and unsettling.. and quite unbelieveable at the same time. Of course, being in an Infernus I was able to speed away. Eventually, I was so far away from the cop I couldn't see where I was going and, after striking one too many lampposts, I exploded in a spectacular fireball extravaganza. The camera returned to it's natural position to witness my untimely demise. Needless to say... I was amazed... but just what is going on here people?? This is Jeremy Clarkson.. signing off. Umm I think you're incorrect...that's never happened to me...or maybe its just because of my superb driving skills that the cops are never close to me...
