Madrazo dispatch missions stuck on loading screen

Just another endless loading screen issue in GTA Online. Since weeks I'm searching for a solution to this issue and so far I couldn't find any, I only find posts by people complaining they came across the same problem.

 

So... my problem is that when I enter Madrazo dispatch services, I get stuck on loading screen. Game moves me to some random place in Los Santos, my character disappears and... AND NOTHING HAPPENS  I can't do anything, I can only see the Loading... message in the bottom right corner.

 

I play on PC, Windows 10 64-bit with all latest updates installed. I downloaded GTA V from Epic Games Store. Verified game files a gazillion of times, with no effect, issue still persists.

 

Madrazo missions are not the only ones affected by the issue. Same thing happens when i accept invitation from Lester to do the mission titled STEALTH_2C_SIDE (it's Cassino Heist, I guess?). I'm sure Rockstar is aware of the problem, since a lot of people complain about this mission failing to load since at least January 2020...

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I mostly play single sessions, since joining public sessions takes even 15 up to 30 minutes for me

A problem might be that Dispatch missions can't be done on your own. You need at least one other player to be able to play those.
