Continual stable charges

While playing, I robbed a horse as mine was too slow (prosperous looking man on a fine horse and nice saddle, for some reason I had the nag not my usual horse) and then hitched it at a house. I kept being charged stable fees. I half think it was some cheat console tomfoolery as I was blown up apropos of nothing in an earlier game today, but perhaps it's a bug.

 

If there's a template I can edit it, but there's little to it except I suddenly found myself being charged the daily stable charge again and again.
