Overkill
Lalalala. Been playing it for the last few hours. So i thought i thought id give it my own little preview. Well this is good news for people with not high end systems, It runs a lot better then gta3 did, Atleast for me and a few other people. The audio stations were compressed to be smaller and the sound quality isnt as great as it was on the ps2. Its pretty decent for a port but its not as fun as it was on the ps2. If you have the ps2 version then i would recommend not getting the pc version unless you plan on modding or such, I believe its compatable with gta3 pc mods But i have yet to get a chance to try them out. arjun
I don't care where you got it, but is it the FULL complete version? I mean as in the EXACT one that will be sold on the 13th? Or are there differences? I'm so excited!!!!
The Quick and the Dead
Ok, theres something Cali knows and a lot of others know too. Fair Light got VC PC out on May 9th, from the same guy who posted images of him having it. This is shown on gta-vice.com. It is being traded in many places, and thats how they're playing it. I wish I were playing it. It's the full retail version. Wal-Mart and all the other stores already have gta-vcpc sitting in the back, you just cant buy it yet. So if you know someone who works there really well, and they have access to the back, you too can play gtavcpc. heh. I wish i had a friend. BenMillard
Moved from- General Chat -to- Vice > PC Chat And yeah, there are some legitimate ways of already having Vice for PC. As for whether everyone that has it got it through those means...
Matt0153
I wonder if it still has that ground mirror like problem.
root.
"Don't plan on playing it, Thats all i got to say. Also to note, *I'm a dirty warezer*'s release is everywhere." Hah, say what you want.... But, I can run GTA3 at 1280x resolutions at about 10-15 fps, that's not the greatest. But I've heard of VC running faster than GTA3. So, eat that feedback. My comp is a 700 mhz P3, 256 megs of ram, GeForce 2 MX. It's not the greatest, but it will do. I might try the "downloadable" version before I buy it to see the changes, but I will buy it.
