I just restarted because I lost my old account and I got like $15 for the first story missions where you hogtie the guys and put them on the tracks. Anyone have a list of payouts for these story missions? I thought they paid better. Can’t find a direct answer anywhere online. 4eyedcoupe Posted July 31, 2020 Share Posted July 31, 2020 The very first time you do them you get something like $50 bonus, but they don't show it to you, you will only notice it if you pay attention to your cash totals before and after. The Teddy brown mission pays either $100 or $200 bonus for the first time, but I can't remember which. Again, it doesn't show you at the end, you just have to pay attention to your totals. I heard about that, similar to GTA contact missions. I could have swore I got around $400-500 when I ran through them the first time on my original account. Maybe they were paying double and I just wasn’t aware. Kinda sucks because I was really relying on a significant payout to get me jump started. I thought I got that bonus too, but I went from $90 to $105 for Right Side of The Tracks. Oh well, it’ll figure itself out. The more you play the same missions, the easier they get because you know where all the enemies pop in. It'd be kind of cheesy grinding the same shooting gallery over and over for loads of cash. I’m so irritated right now. This is my first time playing through the story missions and I’m getting $15-$30 per mission. The worst part is that under ‘Benefits’ it says they’re paying out double on these missions. Yet I still get $30 if I’m lucky... pissing me tf off. Not only am I not getting the first time bonus, I’m DEFINITELY not being paid double. I just started RDO 2 days ago so for a fact I’m playing through these for the first time. After playing GTA Story mode / Online, RDR 2 Story mode, RDR online seems a complete disappointment to me at least. After playing so much and doing all the honorable story missions plus many many stranger missions, all i have is 358 dollars and 3.6 gold bars. Thats it. I did grind in GTA online to make game money but at least there were many missions and activities to do.
