Si ive been recently playing around with lspdfr in singleplayer. Compared to other people ive seen i dont have that much stuff installed but i do have some police uniforms installed via open iv. That is what worries me because the other stuff uses RAGE wich wont run online. Again i dont have anything harmfull its just a uniform pack and a menu that helps me go through all of them. I really dont wanna take the time to create a clean install

Welcome to the forum.

If the LSPDFR modification you're using is at all user-friendly and isn't designed to get people that install it in trouble, then it will either disable itself before you go Online, or you will get an automated warning (from the game, not from Rockstar) that it has detected the mod's files, and that proceeding Online may lead to trouble for you.

The basic rule of thumb is that Rockstar don't care about what players do in single player. Players can cheat and mod with no consequence.

HOWEVER, Rockstar (or more exactly, their automated 'anti-cheat') has very little 'chill' and a very big ban-hammer, and will swing it at players without warning where extra or edited files exist in the game directory. Or if it feels like handing out a random ban.

Check your modification's install notes - if it confirms that it disables before you might go Online, you might be okay. The safer alternatives are either to stay offline and keep using the mod, or make a fresh install.

If it's the standard message, you're not able to access GTA Online with the mods installed so there's no issue.

This is false however - you don't trigger a ban just for having mods, extra files or edited files in the game directory. I've got several GTA5.exe files that have been edited to remove the legal intro screens before Rockstar started using the launcher, tons of .asi mod files and their related stuff amongst others - there's no detection for that simply because the lone fact of the file existing in the directory doesn't really mean much at all.

Editing core files without using a mods folder should prompt you with the standard "You're attempting to access GTA Online with a modified version of the game" message (or whatever it is) so prevents you going online and stops any suspension or bans from happening.

If (anyone) used OpenIV properly, they'll have a mods folder with all the files that are being edited by the mods they intended to use, inside that folder, so that the original, vanilla game files don't get touched - in that case, it surely is just a means of disabling the mods, leaving the files where they are on the PC and you should be good to go.
As another example, I simply rename "dinput8.dll" to "dinput8 disabled dll" (extra stuff, missing period) and ScriptHookV.dll similarly and they're then prevented from loading or injecting into the game, thus no issues when playing online.

Most important of all is that you run the real ScriptHook & ScriptHook.NET as both of those have built in protection (wont let you go online)
http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet

I've gotten a ban in the past for installing a mod and not realizing it came with a modified ScriptHook that did work online, i used to chat with the maker of scripthook a bunch around the time of gta4 (worked on mp mod for a while with him and few others, but sorta lost contact over time) and at that time he was told by R* to build in hidden code that instantly tells R* servers when somebody is using a modified scripthook, idk if this code is still a thing (i could kinda imagine hackers wouldve found it by now) but food for thought, any mod that comes with a scripthook/scripthookdotnet, you're better off just getting those from the above links instead.

LSPDFR should be fine tho, they are a massive mod with lots of exposure and i doubt they'd want to destroy their community with some shoddy scripthook, but as soon as you download anything less big, make sure to have the legit mod loaders.
