hi im new at modding how do i make a npc (grove member) spawn in burger shot

what kind of spawn you want ? as your group member in interior or just like that as they spawn in streets ? without in your group  ? be specific man

i need to spawn a fam1 pedestrian in burger shot this is what i need like when they spawn in tstreets
