My humble suggestion for a new addition to GTAF would be a Health and Fitness subforum to sit in the Off Topic section of the board. I know that we have a Sports Section and very splendid it is too, but the discussion therein is primarily of the Spectator Sports categories. I'm thinking of a forum where topics such as weight loss and calorie control, running, cardio, HIIT, yoga (seriously), weight lifting form, cycling, boxing, nutrition and diet supplements, injury management and general fitness and well being. Having personally experienced serious illness and the consequences, I can honestly vouch for the critical importance of this subject. Especially for...erm...older members. Also, we are living in a world where obesity and general health is of utmost concern and so I would commend that this suggestion is considered. Thanks. Link to post Share on other sites
