skygfx problem

Hi, i've installed some mods that makes gta 3 more "2020 friendly", like silentpatch and widescreen fix. I wanted to install skygfx to get xbox reflections on cars, but it dosen't seem to work for any other function. Can somebody reply me if he can solve this problem? Thanks. (oh, and by the way, I use the 1.0 version of the game and I used the simple dll loader)
