[GTA III] ASI Loader Error

Hi, I need help with my GTA III Mods

 

When I install Ultimate Asi Loader, my game got no changes, for example:

I need to install ModLoader, the default Mss32 asi loader not load it, so I have to install the Ultimate Asi Loader, but when I install it and put 'modloader' and 'modloader.asi' in 'scripts' folder, the game no load anything 
I want to install this mod.

 

Can anyone help me?
