I didn't bother keeping my own savegames once 100% ones started appearing online, and I'm unable to trigger the online version of them either (I've tried on multiple accounts).  There was a IV mod that let you replay any mission, is there anything the same for V?  It can't be replayed with the in-game mission/strangers and freaks feature.
