On PS5 the “expanded” definition could mean that Northern San Andreas is above the original map. It’s separated by ocean but you can fly there.

 

Imagine you start V on PS5 and the map is all greyed out. You fly north from LS, over mount Chillad and keep going, a city faintly appears in the distance. 

That would be my ideal direction for this game, but as good as it sounds it's just so incredibly unlikely..

I would say no. I won't be playing that. It's the answer to more shark cards.

That Lampadati car is UGLY but I'm glad we have a diverse array of vehicles in this game or else everything would look the same.

My bet it's a remote tropical island the size of guarma located south of california or florida where you will do a few heists chained into a storyline, such as a mansion heist, a yacht robbery, plantation attack, most likely will have some sort of a Narcos plot and revolve around cocaine, drug cartel and some baddie that needs wiping out, and agent 14 will make a return to guide you there to do the dirty work.

I just hope the island is explorable somehow online, otherwise we're stuck to SP mods to load the map like Yankton/other MP maps on PC only, but chances are it's a mission marker at the airport which just transfers you to the island when you begin, so we'll have to glitch during the missions itself to roam around.

 

Hint might be in this picture and seeing that it's going to be a large update i can also see animals coming to GTA O general as well (unless someone can find this location somewhere in Guarma or RDR 2 base map)

 

RDO updates don't seen very exciting though.

edit: Screen could also be of the RDO naturalist role, but i guess we'll know soon enough.

That's the same area near Catfish Jackson's home.

The answer to more shark cards would have to be a new map location (ie: Yankton, remastered LC, or somehow a brand new city they kept under wraps for almost a decade). You'd be "starting from square one" in terms of in-game assets from cars to homes and garages, etc.

I cant bring myself to play gtao because of the flying missle car and bikes. This is cool and all but that really ruins my immersion. I guess if its a new city, ill redownload and play in invite only sessions

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble, just trying to keep expectations to a more reasonable level. I wouldn't go as far as an expansion to the map but something more on the lines of a new interactive building like the casino.

Its about time lol but heists again?  We already stole bonds from Fleeca,  money from the pacific standard vault and diamonds and gold from the casino.   What now?   New location sounds cool tho.

I actually agree with you there. Why heists again? We've already had 3, and we got one in the last update, so we will be getting heists twice in a row. Time to give it a break and focus on something new.
