Yes it is, and I do have the black one. Isn't that the color of his, or is his a dark brown?

tomorrow can only be good! I was just selling my condor egg and wanted to call it a day. then I thought, why not logout somewhere "special" so when I get back online tomorrow I can right away celebrate the new sh*t. so I made my way to good old tumbleweed but on my way solomon folly's popped up and had me "distracted". cleared the hideout and got me a map. rode to tumbleweed very much content and logged off.

My character is like super blond just like that rat so I definitely will not be partaking in that suicide attempt and will keep his outfit off, thank you. Although I think I already have the coat in multiple colors, and usually wear the black one..

Not going to bother with a general chat thread this time I don't think, instead we'll just see what pops up.

hi everyone. so im curious. on a scale of 1 to 10 how hyped are you for the new dlc. for me i would say about an 8. im so happy that we are finally getting new content. although this nature role is not what i asked for. im still looking forward to checking it out. so how about you all?

That was what I was thinking, and I have that same problem. The dark brown sometimes looks pure black to me.

I'm with @IzzyBlues93 on this one. There's a bit of excitement for it all and yet my interest is spent on the hype after the long wait. The role is not of particular interest to me, but the Outlaw Passes are always fun, the new camera has peaked my interest, and I'm hoping to see some of the other things on my wishlist included. So it seems I'm just going to wait and see, I can honestly say I'm not half as excited as I was with the other big updates. I'll say about maybe a 4.

On a scale of 1 to 10:

- with 10 being an expectation that this update will turn the game into an experience equal in quality to single player;

- with 1 being a bug infested, balance breaking aggravatingly game ruining experience; and

- 5-6 being an acceptable average experience, that adds gameplay that I will want to fit into my daily RDO routine:

 

I’m hyped to about a 4.  I’m expecting ithe new role to be more entertaining than bounty hunting or collecting, but less so than trading or moon shining.  I’m expecting the update as a whole to add less than frontier pursuits and about as much as moonshiners (I don’t believe that ‘massive’ is indicative of anything).  I expect it will have fewer bugs than moonshiners.

I'm going to sit firmly on the fence, 5/10 here.

 

I've made enough negative posts so won't ramble, but suffice to say, it's been an underwhelming start to RDRO. But the game has huge potential too. 

 

It really could go either way for me here. Could be a game changing DLC that see's me start to really get on board with this game, but equally it could be the straw that breaks this cowpoke's back. Just gonna enjoy looking here and trying things out to learn more. 

 

I really hope it's good!

Exactly. Solo lobbies are make-or-break for me. Right now, for reasons I explained in another thread, I haven't really processed that the update is tomorrow. I'm expecting disappointment, but hoping I may prove myself wrong. I already am let down by the update being a role I am not particularly interested in, so for me its all about QoL and cosmetics at this point.

I've said if if the update was 1 role only and that role be photographer, it would be the final nail in the coffin for this game for me.

 

I do give it that one chance, to see if the most requested IO/Solo sessions are coming or not.

At this point its now or never, going based off of what was said in the newswire. Either way, we will know how serious Rockstar is about the future of this game. If I/O isn't the most requested feature than I don't know what is.

I'm at a solid 2 right now. Expectations are low, but I'm open to being surprised.

 

Doesn't look like there's all that much hype in general, we could have the update in 3-4 hours and there isn't that much excitement online yet.

im at a 5, im excited to see the new role and what else is added but if the fixes dont fix the game and it breaks more then thats why its not higher for me rockstar is just disappointing now

We'll never know how much influence, if any, the coverage of the clown movement by gaming news outlets had on the timing of the DLC announcements.

 

Something we can be far more sure about is that calling people idiots straight out of the gate will do nothing but put you on borrowed time.
