[GTA 3] One of my mods is not working

I wanted to play GTA 3 but with few mods. And 1 of the mods is Save Car Everywhere. But it doesn't seem to be working. Everytime I press TAB + S to save a car, a message shows up "VHSAVD" or when I press TAB + V, a different message shows up with "VHVSAVD". Whenever I reload a game, a car I "saved" isn't there anymore. And weird thing is that all other mods that I have installed work fine. What do I do to fix this.
