Getting a new office question

I'm considering moving office location. Is there any benefit moving to Arcadius or Maze bank from Maze bank West?

 

If I currently have a decor applied and purchased another office would the decor be transferred to the new office or would I need to buy it again?

Not really, most people just prefer those two because they're relatively centered in the city or because they own an appartement nearby, i prefer arcadius since my first ever appartement is across the street and you can reach the door and garage door from all sides, i dont like the main maze bank tower because you need to go up on the elevated streets (so you often have to take a little detour to get it, even if its only very minor detour i still prefer to not need to do that)

 

Im not 100% sure about the decorations, but i would assume that they port over, all offices are the same inside anyway.

Somebody else pitch in so we can give this guy some certainty? ^^

I moved from Maze Tower to Arcadius for that reason. Arcadius is much easier to enter and exit.

One disadvantage of switching offices is trade-in price. You don't get all your money back from the old one.

The benefit of Arcadius is being closer to the center of the city, if you care about that. Maze Bank West is more to the side of the map.

Also, it's right accross the street from a high-end apartment.

But if you're happy in Maze Bank West, you have no reason to move offices, especially if you also have the Del Perro apartment/nightclub.

Just don't buy Maze Tower, it is a waste of money. Sure, you can go to the roof of the highest building in town, if that's worth it to you.

But I traded that one in for Arcadius because Maze Tower can only be accessed from the elevated streets at the front, and Arcadius is at ground level.

And because I'm a frequent helicopter pilot and landing on the roof of Maze Tower was annoying because I always fly way too low and had to climb to land. No such problem with Arcadius.
