Americana Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 (edited) I don't know, something weird was going on with government agencies in Grand Theft Auto V, and you know...a nuke in Los Santos. In my opinion they were going to detonate this nuke to destroy Los Santos for some reason, and when Trevor ruined their plans they wanted to create a chemical weapon, which was also a failure, because of Steve.
