doing casino heist on my 1st and 2nd character?

hi  everyone! im planning on making another character on the same account. just wondering if i did all the prep on my 1st and 2nd character and after i run the casino heist with a friend on my 1st character then switch to 2nd character will i still be able to run heist again ? or are they shared ? i dont want to start buying properties yet if i do end up making 2nd character and just to find out i can't run heist after i did it on my 1st character.

The only thing that's shared across both GTA Online characters - apart from a few statistics here and there - is whatever money you have in your Maze Bank account (wallet cash isn't shared). 

 

So no - you'd need to buy the arcade and set it all up on your second character too. 

 

Also, your question is overall confusing. You're talking about setting up a second character but write "I did the prep work on my 1st and 2nd character" so that makes no sense.

You missed the word "if" in front of the rest of that sentence.

 

@OP, yes I think you can do the heist across two characters. It's what I used to do with a friend of mine and the Doomsday Heist at least.

sorry about that. what i mean was "if" i did the prep work on my 1st and 2nd character. And after i finished running heist on my 1st character then switched to 2nd character can i run heist immediately?

Yeah sorry, but it doesn't change the fact you'd still need a 2nd character setup to be able to do it anyway - hypothetically or actually. If one doesn't already exist, it'd need to be created with the Arcade bought and setup to be able to run another one right away (which should work I think). You should still be able to join other people's heists too. 

Lol, probably best not to give Rockstar ideas on limiting quick, legitimate ways to turnaround heists.

thanks ! yeah just want to know it it will work. it would really suck if I bought ceo office, arcade and other stuff for my 2nd character and it doesn't work.

the reason why i asked also is me and my friend can only do 2 heist a day or maybe 3 heist if we are lucky since he is kinda busy. so i was thinking of making a 2nd character then do all the prep work on 1st and 2nd char. when he finally logs in we run heist on my 1st character then after that immediately run 2nd heist on my second character.
