I've just joined a new session to see my heist progress completely reset, this is so infuriating and basically is a middle finger to the effort and time I spent doing all the prep missions. I already sent a ticket to Rockstar but don't know how long it'll take to hear back. Is there anything I can do to get my heist back besides redoing all the setups.

Similar happened to me. I had done 2 prep missions of casino, did someone else's heist and found out that my own board is reset. Lost 25K, thank god i did only 2 prep missions.
