It is actually an idea conceived by GTAForums user named @I MD Pradipta. (There is no seconds system in GTAs) Additionally, the SA version displays the week days. There are 2 modes in which the watch can be displayed, either all the time, or by holding the "Q" button to display it. Additionally in SA version, CJ will do a "Look at the watch" animation if "T" is pressed while holding "Q". The watch faces, needles , and the day card (SA only) can be easily customizable, using the MagicTXD and editing the "watch.txd" present on "models" folder ("watch_sa.txd" in SA version) Also, the scale and position of the watch elements can be customized through "watch.ini" config file. If its 1.1 or Steam it might not work.
