Rockstar Launcher version of San Andreas keeps freezing

So I use windows 10 and I have the rockstar launcher version of san andreas. Everything works really fine except for the fact that sometimes when I enter another room or a mission switches to a cutscene the game freezes. Now that wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact I can't exit the application at all. I tried opening task manager to close it but it just wont switch to another app. Is there any way to fix the game from freezing? Or at least to exit the app without having to turn my pc off?
