Triple Rewards in The Vespucci Job
Plus Diamonds Return to the Casino Vault, Special Cargo Bonuses and More
Contrary to popular belief, bigger is not always better.

Case in point: the Issi Classic, a timeless compact so adorably miniscule, it’s become a veritable cult classic. Hop behind the wheel of one and whip it through a series of checkpoints while evading a fleet of rivals in LSPD cruisers in The Vespucci Job, paying out Triple GTA$ and RP all week long.

If you are thinking even smaller, RC Time Trials are dishing double payouts for the next seven days. Less risk, more reward. No-brainer.

Diamond Score & Double Rewards for Special Cargo

There are rumors of a delivery of gems in the vault underneath The Diamond Casino & Resort. It’s never a sure bet, but some rumors are worth their weight in cold, hard currency. Complete the Diamond Casino Heist Finale for a chance to take home a Diamond score.

Plus, evade detection from the fuzz and competing kingpins alike, offloading contraband in Special Cargo Sell Missions, which are doling out 2X GTA$ & RP.

Get a chance to win the Lampadati Komoda

Lose the balaclava and enter through the front door of The Diamond Casino & Resort to spin the Lucky Wheel for the opportunity to win an assortment of prizes – best of all – a new Lampadati Komoda, wrapped in a custom livery.

Discounts

There are myriad discounts and sales on offer in Los Santos this week, including deals on Executive Offices and their customizations, plus a range of vehicles.

Not too shabby for me, diamonds are tempting and I don't mind that adversary mode. Crates are good for money for those keen, but I'll pass on that. Discounts, meh. Got all the toys I can for now.

Still not got my monthly million though, grrr. Cheers @IceDree :)

Happy the Komoda is back on the wheel never won it the first time it was on it. Saved myself 1.7 million thanks Rockstar. Discounts are a bit crap this week compared to last week though

Although 2X special cargo puts a smile on my face, it leaves me in a quandary. I have resolved not to grind GTA online anymore, e.g.; I have maxed-out 50 crates of coke and weed at 70% premium in my hangar, but I didn't sell it last week, even at 1.7 million, because I prefer having the stock instead of yet more cash, but this week is a little different. Full large special cargo warehouses for 4.4 million each, of which I have two prepped and ready to go. I don't know how many weeks and months of occasional pickups and deliveries it took, but it was a lot of grindy effort. So, to sell or not to sell, that is the question? I really am done with grinding and I don't need 8.8 million plus change, even for just two delivery missions.

Honestly, if I can resist doing sell missions for 4.4 million a pop, I might have finally beaten this game and my personal addiction along with it. What would you do? It's the holy grail of GTA online sell missions.

I vote for fighting the urge to sell. Breaking my addiction was tough as hell but I’m glad I did it.

Good for you, buddy, thanks for the response, appreciated.

I filled up two large warehouses, but because it's so repetitive, I left my other large warehouses at a strategic 9 crates a while ago, plus all of my special cargo items that I hold onto as a collector. I don't grind that much any more, but it keeps on nagging away; sometimes I'm just about to go to bed when I think, go on, just one more cargo run 🤣, before telling myself to stop it and log off!

As to more productive comments about this event week: it's not going to please anyone, is it? We're all expecting news about the summer update, anything, but instead get adversary mode X on triple payouts, diamonds instead of cash/gold/artwork for a few extra bucks, plus the usual raft of discounts and freebies. It's wearing thin, but Rockstar keep on marketing it!

That about sums up my feelings. I havent played in months a d nothing in this newswire makes me want to fire it up. It all feels like a grind at this point. I dont even have a clue what I'd be saving up to buy.

I get that there are new players that are getting alot out of event weeks, and R* is making cash that way. But maybe a hint of what's to come would entice even more of the playerbase to engage.

Another week away for me.

Are you short on cash & need the money? Like, really really need it? Are you grinding towards the golden securoserv statue?

If you answer No to both questions, then you got your answer. 🤪

Personally, I'd sell whatever stock I currently have and retire.

What could be the best way to earn money at the end of the day, filling the small warehouse and selling it in a loop or filling and selling the big one all over again?

I'd go with the large warehouse sale. The value of the crates goes up exponentially.

Special crates cargo is only fun when your in the mood of doing them and of course if it's double money, when I do them I just put on my spotify music and just have fun doing the special cargo stuff. The only thing that sucks about doing them is some of the missions are a pain in the ass especially the NPC ones (somehow they have great shooting skills when shooting at a flying bike, ridiculous lol) and having to go to a new session after 3 sales missions with getting 3 crates per mission to avoid the fees for all the businesses that you own.

Can't wait for 2X contact missions - I like doing that and going on a gang rampage while doing missions for Gerald, I do this in rooftop rumble as well.

2x on crates is really cool and all that, but.....they're crates. I can't think of a worse grind in GTA:O. The repetition is easily is the worst in the game. Then there's the titan glitch, not to mention some prick joining into your solo lobby without you even realising and destroying your cargo before you you even noticed he was there and not being quick enough to close the app. I honestly think I'm done with crates. These days I just AFK and farm my nightclub most days, getting me a ballpark of about $800,000 per day. I only really buy stuff when it's on discount too, so no need to be grinding like a mofo. In fact it's possible that that I'm probably done with the entire game, unless a new DLC comes out. Been playing a bit of IV recently as well. Got 100% in the main game and TLaD, and currently trying for the same in TBoGT.

So what did you decide? For my two cents if you can resist selling 4.4 million then you have indeed beaten the addiction to GTA Online, I gave up all these types of grind long ago and feel so much more content with life and enjoying other games/stuff!

I sold in a lobby with three other people messing around by the pier, so I got a bit of extra cash on each sale, totaling 9 million. Yes, the initial buzz of seeing my bank balance shoot up was great, dampened by giving in to my addiction.

Besides the special items like Bigfoot's pelt, special items aren't really collectible, but jumbled across dozens of racks, so there's no real incentive to keep hold of stock. Recently I did the 10-10-12 method on my import/export warehouse, selecting a specific car and then rotating it until I got the collector plate. I now have the ideal 80% collector perfection, which means I/E is now retired in the same way as my hangar, but special cargo exists to be sold unless you can work out an organized method like animal products in warehouse A, bullion in warehouse B, etc., which is what I might do in the future, maybe stocking up my least favorite warehouse with various merchandise.

Anyway, I thought I'd put the question out there. Do you sell or collect when you're GTA rich and at the end of days?

@IceDree, yep, I gave in.

And @LuchoRLR. During this double payout week you don't really have enough time to grind hundreds of crates to sell at massive profit unless you grind and grind and grind, which can be soul destroying, so for casual and quick profits, it's probably best to sell 9 crates in chunks, paying $18,000 for 3 crates, which totals $54,000 for 9 crates. This sells for $252,000 ($200,000 profit), plus you get a guaranteed single vehicle. Keep on doing this to make $200,000 each time, which is great when you've got an hour or so to spare.

I've never played the Vespucci Job, despite being a near-day 1 player. I just watched a video on it, and it looks like fun! Gonna have to hop on tonight.

I was gunrunning before it was cool.

When I first got my 3 large warehouses (late '16), I started diverting all weapon shipments to my spare warehouse. Collection missions like the one with Marquee yacht, the deal going wrong at the airport and terminal helped a lot in the role-play aspect of it, my Jetmax saw a lot of action during that time.

I moved to the repo business when I/E came out, lots of bankrupt rappers, athletes & "influencers" in Los Santos. Business was booming.

Times like these I’m really happy I decided to get 5 large warehouses - they’ve been sitting at max capacity just waiting for this week. 😎

It’s gonna feel good to cash in on that $22M.

Yesterday was a great day, i filled my 2 large warehouses and sold them, hope i can do it everyday till event ends. Quarantine is still strict here so i have nothing to do but grinding 😂

Bloody good shift today!

Me, my lad, and my buddy Steve got so lucky on the casino heist and today we've had 4x gold and 2x diamonds. What a cracking bit of luck and got to be one of my best heisting days aside CMM runs of course.

And I got my monthly million, lol. Soon shot past $150m as I'm on $155m now. Bloody awesome! 🤣🤣

It's a lot of fun! You're in the Issi Classic going after checkpoints scattered around the area, and 1-3 others are in police cruisers trying to stop you. I've been playing every night and having a blast - this game mode feels to me like classic GTA. I've also made a couple million dollars, which is nice byproduct.

Yeah I played Vesspucchi job for the first time this week, It was good fun.

I really should grind the casino and try to get some Diamonds. But I do not really need the extra money atm.

I should try to get the diamonds before this week ends. That also means I gotta bypass my recent growing burnt out frustration with this game.

f*cking hell!

I got artwork yesterday and my buddy and my lad both got gold again too, then upon another scope out, I got art and my buddy got gold again.

Is there something 'wrong' with this casino chucking out all the higher paying stuff? (@Fun 2) I'm not complaining mind you, lol. Just seems weird. 🤣
