The Nefarious Jester Posted May 11, 2003 Share Posted May 11, 2003 I have just read 2 topics that caught my eye and there's accusations of warez in there, so f*cking WHAT, if someone downloaded the game thats their own choice, personally ive got mine on pre-order from gamestation (thanks for the heads up whoever you are lol). However thats not the point, the accusations are pointless, unsubstantiated and just pure spam in a sliver can, grow up, you are not the piracy police 7/10 people who accuse are downloading from a ftp or irc as they type. Guys dont be so f*cking immature, if someone openly says "hey i downloaded vice and i cant get it working" then by all means flame away, fine by me, otherwise keep your bratty little noses out and grow up, you're not big, you're not clever, you're just annoying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

By the rules of the forum, warez is technically allowed, as long as you don't talk about it. edit: Don't talk about fight club warez. If you're a cheap bastard who would steal the game rather than support the guys and gals at Rockstar who made it for us, go die slowly don't talk about it here. What you do in your freetime is none of our buisness, but we will not tolerate warez on this site. Even if you're just talking about your '1337 iso-ing skillz', and not providing downloads, we still don't want to hear about it. So please, keep it to yourself. And for the sake of clarity, "warez" includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: ISO copies/Clone CD's, rip-games, and no-CD cracks. Yes, we know that one or more of those can have legitimate purposes (ie- archival back ups, scratched originals, etc..) but nine out of ten times its' not. So even if you're honestly trying to find or provide a no-CD crack in the event of a broken disk, I'm afraid the subject is still off-limits due to the fact that others could use the information wrongly. I've underlined the relevant parts. The strikethroughs and bolds are illspirit's. Basically it means that if you pirated the game, ok, that's your business, not ours. But don't talk about warez here. My parents are pretty strict, they wont let me buy the game but they wont stop me from playing it. Also, Why would they be asking for a working crack when one comes with it on Disk2? Thats silly! (VC will still cost the same amount on my birthday, cuz gta3 cost the same amount about 9 months after it was released for pc, it was CRAZY!
