Mods/SilentPatch Stopped Working on Save File

So i finally got everything running just fine after downgrading and installing Ginput, silentpatch, cleo and a skin selector mod and played until i finished "wrong side of the tracks", saved and went to sleep. Then i boot up San Andreas the next day and Silentpatch isnt working because i am seeing the nividia splash screen again and the inteoduction movie is busted like vanilla 1.0, along with that ginput not working for controller unlike last night where it was working perfectly fine.

 

However skin selector works fine on a new game file and will load skins just fine, but not on my current save. When i try to open the skin mod on current save no skins will show up on the menu and will crash game.

Another strange thing is that I remember on the pause screen is that Cleo would say it was running "3 plugins, 1 script" when it was running last night. However, today Cleo says it's running "3 plugins" but not the script, until i start new game and select a skin. 

 

 

Please help i am at wits end trying to get this to play after uninstalling and reinstalling just to get everything in order to mod

try turning off your antivirus and installing silent patch and everything else again
