Screen blanks out randomly while RDR2 is in background, but only when the game is set to fullscreen/borderless fullscreen

This ONLY happens in fullscreen/borderless mode when I'm alt tabbed out of the game. In windowed mode, works fine. But if I use a program to make the windowed mode borderless, it comes back. I'm not doing anything, it just flickers randomly on its own. Doesn't happen in-game. Wondering if anyone's experienced something similar. Windows 10.

I'm having the same issue, only started with the most recent patch.

Me too, but I experienced it mostly in Red Dead Online instead of story mode, I hope they fix it soon because it is SO annoying, of course with missions I get mad if I fail the mission because of that crappy bug, at least for me there are only a few seconds of flickering
