GTA IV : EFLC PROBLEM

Hello everyone,

I am getting a weird problem.

 

My GTA IV is working but EFLC is not working.

 

When i start a new game by deleting save files from documents folder.

The game works with first mission but glitches there when tony calls and luis answer he disconnect the call without any speech and subtitles.

After completing the first mission.

Game saves.

 

Reloading the saves or restating the game crash the game without any errors.  i.e. TBOGT-I LUV LC and game crash no errors.

 

Game was running fine on windows 7 32bit 2gb ram Ddr3 

Intel hd 3000

Intel core i3 2330m -2.2ghz

I was getting 30-40 fps on both the versions.

 

I upgraded my windows to 10 pro 64bit using clean install.

And gta iv frames rates are coming very low i.e. 5-15 fps only.

 

Using gta iv patch 1.0.7.0 and eflc 1.1.2.0
