Guys take a second and think maybe they have employees that is out sick with COVID-19 that’s probably why we are getting what we’re getting they are doing the best they can

I shouldn't answer this because it's not a support question.... but.... you're getting what you're getting because the Rockstar Support Forum is no longer a place where Rockstar employees and some good community members used to offer real help. Now the Tier One agents don't post there anymore and the small handful of remaining community members have turned it into a toxic swamp of insults. 

 

Covid-19 shouldn't be a problem for fixing issues since most employees could work from home. My guess is that they just don't care.

 

EDIT: I've seen a lot of knowledgeable players here that can usually get a player up and working so you can pass that along.
