Cant load savegame after getting a new pc

Hello, I just bought a new pc (built it myself) and when I downloaded GTA 5 on it and went to play my singleplayer game I was at about 20% on my old pc and I wasn't able to load the savegame or find it anywhere. I have logged into Rockstar Game launcher but still havent found how to get my savegame back. Help would be really appreciated.
