fps lag in storymode on a high end pc

i got gtx 1070 and core i7 7700k but when im in storymode or online sometimes i get like 56 or 54 fps.
what should i do?

Set Extended Distance Scaling to minimum (in Advanced Graphics)

That setting kills framerate the most.

With a GTX1070 you can easily play on 1080p Ultra settings (except grass, put that Normal/High) with MSAA 2x
