Awesome marketing again, Rockstar, making nothing into something special every week. I read through the Newswire with interest, looking for something tasty, but alas, practically nothing.

 

• Where are we supposed to store the FREE Nagasaki Ultralight? I had hangar storage problems the day after release, stuffing the floor with a mix of personal and Pegasus vehicles. It's nothing but noob bait.
• 3X Rewards on Stockpile AGAIN . Hilarious! It's nowhere near as exciting as they think it is at Rockstar marketing HQ .
• 2X Rewards on Air Cargo sales? Hmmmm, I don't think so. Do you have any idea how much time it took me to collect 50 crates of weed and coke and how amazing my hangar looks with crazy amounts of narcotics piled on high? It's worth so much more as an avid collector and completionist.
• 2X Rewards on Flight School! Oh yeah, I did this about five years ago .

 

Like I said, this looks awesome from a marketing perspective, but there is nothing here for experienced players.

Only thing it has going for it is an off radar ability if you install I think it's the last propeller. Other than that, no. It's not quite fast or nimble enough to dodge missiles, even with countermeasures, just about any jackass with a Dipsh*t MKII will make short work of your Ultralight.

That's a shame, but off-radar it's better than nothing I guess. I'll take it to very cheap missions to give it a try.

back in my xbox 360 days i gave up on the flight school dlc because if you messed up the flight instructor would basically chew you out because he was a jerk.

and i agree the air cargo sales are boring to do (50 crates uggh).

as i don't want to waste at least 3 mil purchasing and customizing it, when i can get it for free and whip up to the workshop and merge it. 

 

 

just spent half hour loading up, spinning wheel, closing app....... i must have the cleanest game ever now, Cache cleared.

You don't have to close the app every time, just uncheck the internet connection in the menu, that way you only have to load from single player. Ps4 at least

- Im never ever going to do the air cargo stuff again, even more vehicles then the mc cargo crap, as a solo player, no f-ing thanks.

I mistook Stockpile for Stockpiling, which is a fun CEO Work with the Aqua Blazer for me. Well, it'd be weird to have only one CEO work thin tripled. Coud care less aboud the sadversary mode.

 

Free Ultralight is nice if you like it for what it is. It's nowhere competitive in terms of battle and is in general a fun, recreational vehicle you mess around with on your free time. Think if it as a plane your character built together durin their past time, with some help.

Don't need that, just disconnect the internet connection before the wheel comes to a complete stop. You should have enough time to see if the wheel will land on the vehicle or not if you use the double tap ps button to get straight into the disconnect menu

i claimed the ultralite last night and fully upgraded it, flew it around some, i just didn't enjoy it.

about a few hours later i sold it.

I'm tempted to pick up another Osiris for my collection, but I'm facing the same Gauntlet dilemma from last week: Rearranging the collection to accommodate it.

 

Anyway, I sold my Ultralight and claimed the free one.

 

C'mon R*, we need more Hangar space.

Same. I have only 4 Pegasus aircrafts in my Hangar. If they add any more airplanes (747), I'll have to kick something out.

 

Who thought a mere 20 slot was a good idea?

Oh yes,  used it an hour ago....... saved a bit of time loading back in.

 

And after a couple of tries with light finger work on Left Analogue spinning the wheel ...... success.  Now i got a whole week looking at an empty podium. LOL

I've had no luck with the 4 second, 2.5 second and 7 second after pressing X/A trick.

I've used a timer, counting, adjusting timing if I'm ahead or early by a few wedges, everything.

 

I always have a fresh wheel in invite only or public. Even tried random spins on a non-fresh wheel...
