Grunk Posted July 8, 2020 Share Posted July 8, 2020 Recently picked up Grand Theft Auto IV and there is a mod called 'Tweak All Peds' pretty much it just enhances the pedestrians textures and thats all, only problem is there is a Vlad patch for it but the link is offline if anyone has the file please send it to me.
